Als een huis in goede conditie is en er weinig gebreken zijn is het mogelijk de bouwtechnische keuring binnen 1 uur af te ronden. Indien er meer gebreken zijn en\/of een huis is groter dan kan de tijd oplopen tot meer dan 2 uur.
