What to expect.<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text]What can you expect?
\nDuring the inspection, we inspect and assess the home from the top of the roof to the crawl space. You will then receive an extensive report in which we describe the most important parts of the home. The report provides a clear insight into the possible defects, state of maintenance and the expected costs (immediate and in the long term). We also provide tips and a 5-year maintenance plan (MYMP). We can also add an NHG attachment (National Mortgage Guarantee) accepted by mortgage providers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Working method<\/span><\/h2>

1. Appointment and confirmation<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1709281619928{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”]Once the technical inspection is scheduled, you will receive an order confirmation with a link to our terms and conditions and your customers screen. After you approve the terms and conditions, in your customer screen, the appointment is final.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text]

2. The inspection<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1709222122198{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”]During the<\/span><\/span> technical <\/span><\/span>inspection <\/span><\/span>you are welcome to<\/span><\/span> attend <\/span><\/span>(this is not mandatory). <\/span><\/span>If <\/span><\/span>needed and <\/span><\/span>safely accessible*, we also inspect <\/span><\/span>the flat roofs <\/span><\/span>and crawl spaces. <\/span><\/span>The inspection takes, depending on<\/span><\/span> the size of the <\/span><\/span>house, <\/span><\/span>between 1 and 1,5 hours.<\/span>

Some of the findings are often already recorded during the inspection on a <\/span><\/span>tablet<\/span><\/span>. The report is being drawn up elsewhere.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text]

3. Payment and receiving the report<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]
\nWhen the report is ready you will receive an e-mail from Q-keur with an <\/span><\/span>iDeal<\/span><\/span>-payment request. After payment you can directky download the report in your customer screen.<\/span><\/span>

* Safety: During roof inspections we only enter roofs that can be reached with a bridge of max. 4 meters. We only enter safe crawl spaces: minimum crawl height of approximately <\/span><\/em>50 cm, without low water and\/or asbestos.<\/span>
